terms & Conditions

Membership dues paid are for the current calendar year ( January 1 through December 31). Dues must be current for members to participate in all shows and exhibits. The Executive Committee reserves the right to extend memberships in some circumstances. Artists that sell Artwork on this website will provide a 10% donation of sales price to the Parkland Art League. Members whose Artwork is purchased will contact the seller within seven business days to make arrangements for delivery. Purchasers of Artwork using this website are responsible for paying shipping and insurance costs to the artist if local delivery is not able to occur. Shipping costs and insurance fees will be handled between the Buyer and the Artist. The Parkland Art League is not responsible for members Artwork delivery to customers.
