Membership dues paid are for the current calendar year ( January 1 through December 31). Dues must be current for members to participate in all shows and exhibits. The Executive Committee reserves the right to extend memberships in some circumstances. Artists that sell Artwork on this website will provide a 10% donation of sales price to the Parkland Art League. Members whose Artwork is purchased will contact the seller within seven business days to make arrangements for delivery. Purchasers of Artwork using this website are responsible for paying shipping costs to the artist if local delivery is not able to occur. Buyer strongly encouraged to purchase insurance for the Artwork. Fees will be added to the shipping charges to protect their investment with buyer notifying the Artist to include the cost of insurance and specify the amount. Artist will notify buyer of shipping charges +/- insurance fees and PAL treasurer who will create a separate invoice which will be emailed to purchaser for all applicable shipping charges . Upon receipt of Payment, the artist will be notified by the PAL treasurer to ship the Artwork. The Artist will provide the Purchaser with information related to shipping including tracking information. If this does not occur the purchaser should use the CONTACT US form on the home page to report. The Parkland Art League may contact the Artwork buyer within 30 days of shipping date to determine satisfaction with the Artwork purchase and to improve our process if necessary. The Parkland Art League is not responsible for members Artwork during shows, exhibits and delivery to customers.
